"I just wanted to
thank you for all your help in settling my claim.
I'm happy to say it was done very quickly thanks
to you. I'm sure the outcome wouldn't have been
the same if I went about it myself. I appreciate
all you have done. Thank you again."

auto case quickly and efficiently. Being from out

"I would like to take this opportunity to say
thank you for your law office handling of my comp
claim.
As you know, little over 2 year’s ago on
September 20 of 2001 I was injured at work. After
3 month’s of being taken advantage of by being
denied services I needed and being lied to by the
insurance company I called your office.
I called you from my hospital bed from the
Spaulding rehab hospital. At first, you knew I was
upset, confused, depressed, intimidated, and
escared of the situation I was in .The first
word’s out of your mouth were trust me John,
don’t worry about a thing, that you would call
them and put them in there place as indeed you
did.
The very next day you sent Attorney Brian Curley
to visit me at my hospital bed in which he took
the time to explain things in great detail, so I
could understand. [Not at any time did he talk
down to me] I signed on with you that day knowing
you were for real.
After being out injured for 5 month’s and you
talking to my Doctor, you advised me to apply for
S.S.D.I. I asked you how to go about this and was
told your office could handle everything if I
wanted you to and again without thinking twice I
agreed.
During the month of March of 2002 a couple things
had happened [1] they found a non union in my
ankle [2] my weekly checks stopped and called you
in a panic. You asked me a questio0n can I work
light duty and I said yes. You informed me, since
I needed another operation, they would be forced
to put me on again and I would receive the
difference in pay. Once I went for my operation my
compensation checks started and I got all of my
back pay in full with your help of course.
After I had surgery on august of 2002, I again had
another infection and called your office. When I
called I had asked for you and again took my call
like you had always done and put my mind at ease
and answered all of my concerns. At one point
during this I had a problem with visiting nurse,
who I did not want her meeting my medical need’s
and was told that they are the people who handle
claims for that insurance company and I could
nothing about it. I called your office; again you
got on the phone, heard my concerns and took care
of it right away.
May of 2003 your office called me to inform me of
settlement offer. You advised me not to take the
money and run and you would not let me due to the
fact is was not in my best in trust. In late July
we reached a settlement, you walked me thought the
process, explained everything so I could
understand and made sure I got every penny I was
entitled to in fact you got me more money then I
thought I would get.
The most important issue I settled my case but, I
still have medical problems with the ankle and you
are still on my side making sure I am still
getting the medical attention I need as well as
any medicine I need by making sure the insurance
company does the right thing and also by making
them do it in a fast but timely way.
In closing I would like to say anyone who can put
up with my poor attitude, impulse control and
demeanor should get a lot of credit. Ana, Brian
and yourself have always made me feel like I was
part of the Kantrovitz family by not looking down
at me or the money but, looking out for my best in
trust at all time’s and by treating me like a
person not just another case."
